What We Do
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us at (716) 839-4043 or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency and so that we are prepared on how to handle it.
Note that animals are seen in order of how life-threatening the problem is, which may mean that other serious but less life-threatening conditions may be required to wait. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen. Rest assured that when your pet’s turn arrives, we will give the same care and attention as to all other cases.
